Refund policy
We strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do accept easy returns and exchanges. If your item is not suitable, you are able to return within 14 days of receiving your order. To arrange a return please email hello@anetoslondon.com.
Returns are not free, we advise all customers to use a tracked service. We cannot accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier. We will provide a shipping label and a fee of £3 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Your items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached and in an unworn condition. Please note that if the tags are removed from the item and the item is not in its original condition, we will not be able to refund or exchange.
Please note that any items returned outside of our return policy without prior agreement will be returned to the sender at an additional cost.
FAULTY ITEMS
While we always ensure all garments are assessed before being sent out, it is the customer's responsibility to check their order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hrs.
